Gossip - One Minute Whispers
NOTE: These activity tasks help prepare students for making incident reports at work.
Task 1a:
a) In ONE MINUTE tell your partner about a family member or relative [ ... you can lie!]b) Your partner must exactly REPEAT what you tell them.
c) Selected students will give a spoken report of what they heard to the whole class.
Task 1b:
Repeat task 1a, but this time talk about a NON family member.
Task 2:
a) Find out 5 things about your partner.b) Write a very short report. For example:
He/she said that ________________________ , and also that _______________________The third thing he/she told me was that __________________
Then he/she also said that _____________________________ , and lastly that ___________
c) Be ready to give the class a spoken report of what you found out
