a) Mrs Bobbins, a hotel guest
b) Kim Slob, a very rude reception clerk
Dialogue
Mrs Bobbins Excuse me. I have a complaint
Kim Slob Yeah? What do you want?
Mrs Bobbins The cistern in my bathroom is leaking
Kim Slob So? What do you want ME to do about it?
Mrs Bobbins I want it fixed of course
Kim Slob Uh-huh. The plumber is on holidays
Mrs Bobbins That's not very satisfactory
Kim Slob Don't blame ME. I only work here.
Mrs Bobbins There's another problem too
Kim Slob Yeah? Like what?
Mrs Bobbins I've been here a week and nobody has changed the linen.
Kim Slob Look lady, it's not a perfect world
Mrs Bobbins It is certainly not a perfect hotel. The bill please. I'm leaving
Kim Slob Easy come, easy go. You can't please everyone. [shrug]
